Cheap Bed and Breakfast prices in Edinburgh are possible because we have large rooms capable of taking up to five people (two rooms) and seven people (one room). But we are cheap and nice, not cheap and nasty.

For example, six months each year the price of a family room for four people is just 84GBP per night - that is only 21.00GBP per person, including breakfast - now that is cheap for bed and breakfast. With five, six or seven guests sharing the individual costs reduce still further making it cheaper still for you. Cheap, yes, but of course our prices rise in high season which you would expect, but if you plan carefully you can bring an entire family or large group to stay comfortably and cheaply. Unlike ordinary B&Bs we can cater for large numbers of people (maximum 17) so savings can be made all round when a lot of people turn up.

Cheap also applies to our double and twin room prices over those same six months at only 54.00GBP per room per night. Edinburgh B&B offers a Four Star Service. How do we know? Not because our local Tourist Board tells us but because our guests tell us; returning customers tell us; our visitor book tells us ".....a superior bed and breakfast" and ".....text book poached eggs" (I like that one, I cook them).
