Free Parking is a rare commodity in any major city and Edinburgh is no exception. How reassuring, then, to know you can arrive at this B&B by car to find a space reserved for you right outside the front door. Talk about convenient for motorists, Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast is very close to the A720 ring road, the A1 and the M8. Also, there are three petrol stations within a mile of the bed and breakfast, great for your journey home if you are down on fuel. Here is an extraordinary Bed and Breakfast - ordinary B&Bs closer to the town centre often struggle to offer any decent car parking whatseover. So there is a strong argument for choosing a place just a little further out but with great access too. If you don't want to use the car just leave it in the car park and bus into town - the bus stop is metres from the B+B. Any bus takes you to town for around a pound (you'll need the right money though because no change is given). If you plan to take lots of buses buy a day pass - it'll work out a lot cheaper. Edinburgh is very well served for night buses - when day buses stop at 11.30pm the night buses take over. Taxis are also good value for money. |
