Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast offers three very big family rooms capable of taking five, five and seven people respectively. Room three is accessible, a half-tiled bathroom equipped for wheelchair users (with supervision). Each room can also be a double, triple or twin. B&B bedrooms are in a purpose-built wing to the rear of a large bungalow overlooking a quiet garden with pond and waterfall to which guests have access. It's a bit like having your own flat because you have key access to the guest area and don't have to come through the main house. (This is good because if you come in late one night we will be cosy in our beds and you won't disturb us when you come in).

B+B bedrooms are all on ground level so you won't have to climb stairs and, outside, there is a ramp towards the door for easy wheelchair access if necessary. All include electric central heating, TV point, hair dryer, shaver point, wall and ceiling lights and numerous power points. All bathrooms have power showers, a heated towel rail and extractor fans, one double bed, one single and one pull-out. Of course there is plenty space to add more beds if necessary. B&B rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and a CD/RADIO/ALARM CLOCK. A selection of CDs is available FREE TO BORROW if required (or bring your own) as are books in the hall.
